Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your receiving your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. We can offer a gift card option or an exchange upon inspection.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
How to Initiate a Refund (Buyer Instructions)
If you need a refund, the quickest way is to reach out directly through your order confirmation email and checking status. This will take you to a page where you can request to return and item. If you are wanting to exchange it -please notate your request.
As a buyer, you can’t issue a refund yourself through Shopify —but you can iniiate the request.

Once approved you will receive an email with instructions.

Once refund is processed, refunds go back to your original payment method. (Can take up to 10 business days to reflect on your account- this is not something we control)

You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as the refund is issued.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
-Limited edition items are nonrefundable.
-Sale items
-Shipping Fees (if it shipped, the cost of service cannot be rerfunded)
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase - an order # will satisfy this requirement.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days or issued in a gift card for the purchase amount of the item.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Exchanges are subject to availability and are eligible up to 30 days from date of purchase. If the requested exchange is not available you have the option to receive a non-expiring gift card for the purchase amount (sans shipping).
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, follow the same instructions listed above on how to initiate a return.
Shipping Turn Around Time
We average 3-5 business days to ship- can be a little longer at times during busy periods.
We’re definitely not Amazon — we don’t have that kind of manpower (yet!), but we work hard to get your gear out as quickly as possible. We truly appreciate your patience and support as we continue to grow.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you, may vary - once in USPS system it can take 3-5 business days. This is standard shipping time.
Check your Address TWICE
Please double check your shipping address. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the package is headed to the correct address. Errors in addresses do not qualify for refunds or replacements.
